Do you have Symptoms, are you in Isolation or in an LGA that is in lockdown/Hotspot? Please advise us ASAP.
Under no circumstance are you to approach the trailer.
Masks must be worn at all times while dealing with the team.
The dogs must be available for us to collect with ZERO CONTACT. you can not pass the dogs, they must be tied up or available to be collected from a space that is not inside the home. We are happy to collect from the backyard or front porch. We require clear access.
We will message when on our way, please be ready for us to start without delay.
Power is required, All customers must supply a power lead so we can connect to power without entering the home or having close contact. Running a lead to an open area is preferred. No Powerboards! Direct to an outlet only.
Bookings have been arranged in a manner of feasibility for the business, we hope you can accommodate the appointments assigned so we can deal with the COVID situation as best we can. We are currently unable to offer any time calls.
Payment can be made via EFTPOS (TAP), PayID Transfer, or OSKO Bank Transfer. All transfers are to be made either before the appointment or on the spot.
